  • How to register (new user)

    Personal banking
    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Click register
    4. Enter customer information and accept the terms and conditions
    5. You receive an OTP via SMS 
    6. Enter OTP and click next
    7. Create username and password on the password confirmation screen
    8. Click next
    9. You will see a confirmation screen 
    10. Always logout after using your online account
    Business banking
    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Click register
    4. Choose whether you are a "Retail Banking or Business Banking" Customer
    5. Enter customer information and accept the terms and conditions
    6. You receive an OTP via SMS 
    7. Enter OTP and click next
    8. Create username and password on the password confirmation screen
    9. Click next
    10. You will see a confirmation screen
    11. Always logout after using your online account

  • How to buy electricity

    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Enter your credentials (Username and Password)
    4. Select 'Pay my Utility Bills/Recharges' tab
    5. Select Beneficiary, "Credelec biller", click next and enter amount (for registered beneficiary)
    6. Enter and confirm the OTP you received via SMS/approves or rejects the transaction with the notification you will receive on your mobile phone.

  • How to do a fund transfer (Absa to Absa)

    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Enter your credentials (username and password)
    4. Select “transfer and payment” tab
    5. Select account you want to transfer funds from and payee
    6. For a registered payee, enter amount, payment description and click next (For a new payee, enter customer details and follow the next steps)
    7. Review and confirm transaction details
    8. Enter and confirm the OTP you received via SMS/approves or rejects the transaction with the notification you will receive on your mobile phone
    9.  You will see a confirmation screen

  • How to do bank to wallet transfers

    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Enter your credentials (Username and password)
    4. Select Mobile Wallet Service (E-mola/ M-pesa)
    5. Select a payee/ enter mobile number
    6. Enter amount
    7. Add to payee list if you wish
    8. Confirm details and click next
    9. Enter and confirm the OTP you received via SMS/approves or rejects the transaction with the notification you will receive on your mobile phone
    10. You will see a confirmation screen

  • How to pay your Absa Credit Card

    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Enter your credentials (Username and password)
    4. Select the card number
    5. In the credit card details, click on the "Pay Now" option
    6. Enter the credit card payment details
    7. Verify the information and click Confirm
    8. Enter and confirm the OTP you received via SMS/approves or rejects the transaction with the notification you will receive on your mobile phone
    9. You will see a confirmation screen

  • How to download proof of payment

    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Enter your credentials (Username and password)
    4. Select “transfer and payment” tab
    5. Select “View payments history”
    6. Select the transaction type and click “search”
    7. Select the payment and click “generate”

     

  • How to request for a loan Top-up

    1. Visit www.absa.co.mz
    2. Select Internet Banking
    3. Enter your credentials (Username and password)
    4. Select “Account & Transactions” tab
    5. Click on “Top-Up”
    6. Insert the required amount, your monthly income, email address and click next
    7. Review the details and accept the Terms and Conditions
    8. Click next
    9. Confirmation message and the application number
    10.  An email will be sent to the address provided to share some supporting documents for the top up request
